RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If something is not right, we are here. Reach out and we will make it right.
By placing an order at anatomyapparel.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. OUR COMMITMENT
We stand behind every piece we produce. If your order does not meet the standard you expected — or if we made an error — we will take care of you. That is our promise.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations
- Returned in original packaging where applicable
Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
We inspect every return carefully and with care. Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined. We appreciate your understanding.
3. REFUNDS
If your return is approved, you may choose:
- A refund to your original form of payment, or
- Store credit toward a future purchase
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.
If the item you requested is unavailable at the time of your exchange, we will offer you:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to your original form of payment
Exchange items will ship once your return is received and approved. We will notify you by email at each step.
5. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Anatomy Apparel™ is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If your item was defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover return shipping in full. See Section 7 for details.
6. SPECIAL ITEMS & FINAL SALE
Some items are not eligible for standard returns.
STORE CREDIT ONLY:
- Limited release and seasonal drop collections
- Pre-order items
- Special order sizes (3XL–5XL)
FINAL SALE — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
We are always transparent about which items fall into these categories at the time of purchase.
7. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take quality seriously — and if we made a mistake, we own it.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, including all applicable shipping costs. No hassle. No runaround.
8. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
All returns require authorization before being shipped back to us.

Unauthorized returns — items shipped without prior approval — may be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
9. GROUP & MINISTRY ORDERS
If your order was placed as part of a group or ministry order, please contact us directly at hello@anatomyapparel.com to discuss your situation. Group orders are handled on a case-by-case basis with the same care and commitment we bring to every individual order.
10. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this policy from time to time as our business grows. Any changes will be posted to this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. We will always be transparent about what changed and why.
