Welcome to Anatomy Apparel™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of anatomyapparel.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Anatomy Apparel™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue products
  • Modify pricing at any time
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in embroidery, stitching, or color tone may occur due to the nature of garment production.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Anatomy Apparel™ is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are governed by our published Returns & Exchanges Policy.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARK RIGHTS

All content on this Site is the exclusive property of Anatomy Apparel™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Protected marks include, but are not limited to:

  • The Anatomy Apparel™ name
  • The Anatomy Apparel™ lion crest design
  • The lion head emblem incorporating a Christian cross
  • The circular embroidered crest featuring "PHIL. 2:5"
  • The phrase "Let This Mind Be In You."
  • The slogan "Rooted in Faith. Inspired by Christ."
  • All related logos, artwork, patch configurations, garment layouts, typography, and branding elements

Certain marks may be registered and/or pending registration.

You may not, without prior written permission:

  • Reproduce, copy, modify, digitize, or distribute our designs
  • Manufacture patches or apparel bearing substantially similar designs
  • Use our slogans or crest artwork for commercial purposes
  • Register domain names, social handles, or trademarks incorporating our protected marks

Purchase of Anatomy Apparel™ products does not grant any license or ownership rights in our intellectual property.

We reserve all rights to enforce our trademarks and copyrights.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

To protect our customers and the integrity of limited releases, all orders are subject to fraud review and verification.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or delay orders flagged as high-risk
  • Request additional verification
  • Limit or block future purchases

Customers agree to contact hello@anatomyapparel.com before initiating a chargeback.

Improper or fraudulent chargebacks — including claims of non-receipt where delivery confirmation exists — may result in:

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases
  • Submission of transaction evidence to financial institutions
  • Recovery of associated fees where permitted by law

We take the integrity of every transaction seriously — and we ask the same of our customers.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products and services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anatomy Apparel™ shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anatomy Apparel™, its owners, affiliates, and employees from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the Site
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of intellectual property
  • Fraudulent activity

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Maryland.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revisions. We will always strive to be transparent about any meaningful changes.
