Shipping Policy

Every order placed with Anatomy Apparel™ is handled with care and intention — from the moment you check out to the moment your package arrives at your door. We want you to know exactly what to expect.
By placing an order at anatomyapparel.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
An order confirmation email after purchase
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
Processing times may be extended during:
Product launches and limited releases
Promotional periods
Holidays
Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page. We appreciate your patience — good things take time.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Package weight
Selected shipping method
We may offer promotional or free shipping offers at our discretion. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete.
United States:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
International:
Estimated 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs processing are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted national carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on your destination and selected service level.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our direct control. We will always provide tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.
5. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Anatomy Apparel™ is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delivery errors resulting from incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We want your package to arrive exactly where it should.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier facility. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at hello@anatomyapparel.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your order ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after your confirmation email is received.
7. International Shipping
We are proud to serve customers beyond U.S. borders. International customers are responsible for:
Customs duties
Import taxes
Brokerage fees
Any additional charges imposed by their country
Customs processing times may cause delays beyond estimated delivery windows. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
8. Address Errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:
The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order
Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@anatomyapparel.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
9. Fraud Review & Order Verification
To protect our customers and the integrity of our limited releases, all orders are subject to fraud screening and verification.
Orders flagged as high-risk may:
Be delayed pending verification
Require additional confirmation from the customer
Be canceled at our discretion
We take this step to protect every customer in our community. If your order is flagged, we will reach out promptly to resolve it.
10. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing hello@anatomyapparel.com with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy once your order is received.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time as our business grows. Any changes will be posted to this page and will take effect immediately upon posting. We will always be transparent about updates.
